Our story
Some friendships last a lifetime. We met during our student days, already driven, ambitious, and always focused on connecting people and opportunities. What started as a friendship grew into a shared mission: making recruitment smarter and more transparant.
After our studies in Human Resource Management, we went our separate ways. We worked in various roles, from Change Manager to Sales Director, in contingent workforce and brokerage services. Together, we have gained more than 15 years of experience and learned how the market really works, with the successes that come with it, but also the frustrations and challenges.
We saw the same patterns recurring: vacancies for permanent staff that remained open systematically, HR teams losing time coordinating various agencies, and a labor market where permanent and flexible staff are not always in the preferred balance. That had to change. We wanted to contribute to the solution.
This is how Collabridge was born: A platform that brings employers and recruitment entrepreneurs together in a transparent and efficient manner to recruit new staff.
